How to apply*:

1. Clean and dry well your hands before the first application.
2. Apply a pea size amount on the palm of your hands and spread among both palms – do not apply too much all at once otherwise it won’t absorb properly, instead, reapply small quantities as many times as needed.
3. Let it dry for 30 seconds and you are ready to go!

*Always do a patch test if it is your first time.

• Unlike most grip aids Monkey Grip does not contain Pine Tar. Pine Tar is difficult to remove from  your pole without the use of acetone or harsh chemicals which damage the coating on your pole in the long term. Monkey hands can be removed using water.
