Shake and GRIP is our sticky formula. It is ideal to apply on the body and/or hands especially if your skin is normal to dry.

You can use all PoliPole products on your hands, body, and pole. No more oddly white residues!
To achieve the best efficacy first apply the products on your hands and contact points (such as knee-pits, ankles, elbow socket,..) then apply it straight onto the pole.
